The Cabernet Sauvignon is the flagship of the Cathedral Cellar range — a full-bodied, structured red with classic Cabernet notes of blackcurrant, cedar and graphite. Aged in French oak for 12-18 months. Pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, lamb roasts and aged cheese. Around 14% alcohol. Best decanted 30 minutes before serving at room temperature.
