This order establishes the requirements that trailer manufacturers must satisfy to qualify for deferment of value added tax in Tanzania. It sets conditions relating to industrial production premises, machinery, skilled employees and qualified Tanzanian engineers. It is relevant to trailer manufacturers, vehicle assembly businesses, engineering companies, investors and tax-compliance professionals.
