Mining (Technical Support to Small-Scale Mining Licence Holders) Regulations, 2025

These regulations establish procedures for providing technical support to holders of primary mining licences in Tanzania. They address technical-support agreements, responsibilities of licence holders and service providers, mine management, equipment, environmental protection, benefit-sharing, contract registration and dispute resolution. They are useful to small-scale miners, mining investors, technical service providers and regulatory authorities.
