The Investment and Special Economic Zones Act, 2025 — Act No. 6 of 2025

Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania.

This Act establishes a framework for investment promotion and facilitation and for the development and management of special economic zones in Tanzania. It replaces the Tanzania Investment Act, 2022, and specified earlier laws governing export-processing and special economic zones.
