The Forest (Amendment) Regulations, 2025

These regulations amend Tanzania's Forest Regulations by revising schedules governing forest reserve entrance fees, research permits, recreation, camping, filming, forest produce harvesting and forestry service charges. They also update classifications of tree species and applicable royalties. The document supports sustainable forest management, conservation financing and the regulation of commercial and recreational activities within forest reserves.
