The Food Security (Designation of Food Commodities) Notice, 2026

This notice identifies additional food commodities brought within the regulatory scope of Tanzania's food security framework. It includes specified edible oils and other processed food commodities, such as oils derived from sunflower, sesame, groundnuts, soybean, palm and coconut, as well as certain grits. It is useful to food processors, agricultural traders, manufacturers, importers, exporters and regulatory authorities.
