The SADC Protocol on Finance and Investment provides a regional framework for cooperation, coordination and harmonisation in finance and investment. It covers macroeconomic and fiscal policy, financial and capital markets, investment, taxation, banking and related areas, with the broader objective of supporting regional economic integration, growth and investment.
