Southern African Development Community (SADC)
The SADC Protocol Against Corruption establishes a regional framework for preventing, detecting, punishing and eradicating corruption in the public and private sectors. It addresses acts of corruption, preventive measures, jurisdiction, confiscation and seizure of proceeds, judicial cooperation, legal assistance, institutional arrangements and cooperation between SADC Member States.SADC Protocol Against Corruption 2001
