Rwanda Presidential Order No. 093/01 of 26 December 2024 Ratifying Agreement on Transfer of Convicted Persons with Angola

This Presidential Order ratifies the agreement between Rwanda and Angola on the transfer of convicted persons. The agreement was concluded in Kigali on 15 April 2022 and establishes arrangements for transferring sentenced persons between the two countries.
