Rwanda Presidential Order No. 065/01 of 26 June 2024 Ratifying the Financing Agreement for the Rwanda Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a financing agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the International Development Association for the Rwanda Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience Project. The agreement provides a credit of USD 120 million and supports a multiphase programmatic approach to strengthening Rwanda’s preparedness for, response to, and resilience against health emergencies. The agreement was signed in Kigali on 31 May 2024, and the Order formally gives effect to Rwanda’s ratification of the financing agreement.
