Rwanda Presidential Order No. 064/01 of 26 June 2024 Ratifying the Loan Agreement for the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank for the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation Project. The agreement provides a loan of EUR 92.3 million and was signed in Kigali on 7 May 2024. The Order gives effect to Rwanda’s ratification of the agreement following approval under Law No. 069/2024.
