Rwanda Presidential Order No. 063/01 of 26 June 2024 Ratifying the Loan Agreement for the Muhanga–Rubengera Road Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development for the Muhanga–Rubengera Road Project. The agreement concerns a loan of six million Kuwaiti dinars and was signed in Nairobi, Kenya, on 30 May 2024. The Order formally ratifies the agreement and identifies the authorities responsible for its implementation.
