Rwanda Presidential Order No. 062/01 of 26 June 2024 Ratifying the Financing Agreement for the Rwanda Emergency Connectivity Restoration Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a financing agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the International Development Association for the Rwanda Emergency Connectivity Restoration Project. The agreement provides a credit of USD 80 million and was signed in Kigali on 27 April 2024.
