Rwanda Presidential Order No. 061/01 of 21 June 2024 Ratifying the Loan Agreement for Centers of Excellence for TVET in Rwanda

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the Government of Rwanda and the Export-Import Bank of Korea for the establishment of Centers of Excellence for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Rwanda. The agreement provides a loan of USD 110,828,000 and was signed in Seoul, South Korea, on 5 June 2024. The Order formally ratifies the agreement and identifies the authorities responsible for its implementation.
