Rwanda Presidential Order No. 020/01 of 17 September 2025 Ratifying the African Development Bank Loan for Energy Sector Results-Based Financing

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the African Development Bank for EUR 173,840,000 to finance Rwanda’s energy sector through results-based financing. The agreement was signed in Kigali, Rwanda, on 31 July 2025. The Order is included in the Official Gazette of 17 September 2025.
