Rwanda Presidential Order No. 017/01 of 25 August 2025 on the Rwanda–Nigeria Double Taxation Agreement

This Presidential Order ratifies the agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the Federal Republic of Nigeria for the elimination of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and the prevention of tax avoidance and evasion. The agreement was signed in Abuja, Nigeria, on 27 June 2025. The Order was published in Official Gazette No. Special Bis of 28 August 2025.
