Rwanda Presidential Order No. 014/01 of 25 August 2025 Governing Services of the Rwanda Defence Force

This Presidential Order governs the services of the Rwanda Defence Force. It establishes the organisation and responsibilities of the Army, Air Force, Military Health Service and Reserve Force, and sets out general provisions concerning their structure and functions. It was adopted under Law No. 64/2024 of 20 June 2024 governing the Rwanda Defence Force.
