Rwanda Presidential Order No. 013/01 of 25 August 2025 Determining Military Classified Assets

This Presidential Order determines the military assets classified for the protection of Rwanda’s national sovereignty and security. It identifies categories including weapons, ammunition, military vehicles and aircraft, information and telecommunications equipment, military installations, uniforms and accessories, and imported or exported military assets and related information. It also provides for auditing, implementation responsibilities, repeal of Presidential Order No. 35/01 of 3 September 2012, and entry into force upon publication in the Official Gazette.
