Rwanda Presidential Order No. 012/01 of 25 April 2025 Removing a Senior Official from Office

This Presidential Order removes MBARUBUKEYE Xavier from his position as Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Ombudsman. It was issued on the proposal of the Minister of Public Service and Labour, and assigns the Prime Minister, the Minister of Public Service and Labour, and the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning responsibility for its implementation.
