This Presidential Order ratifies an Air Transport Agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the Czech Republic. The agreement was signed in Abuja, Nigeria, on 5 December 2022 and concerns the framework for air transport between the two countries. The Order formally gives effect to Rwanda's ratification of the agreement, which is published with the Order in the Official Gazette.
