Rwanda Presidential Order No. 010/01 of 26 January 2024 Ratifying the Bilateral Agreement on Air Services between Cuba and Rwanda

This Presidential Order formally ratifies a bilateral agreement on air services between the Government of the Republic of Cuba and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda. The agreement, signed in Kigali on 26 April 2022, concerns the carriage of passengers and goods by air and provides the bilateral framework for air services between the two countries. The Order gives legal effect to Rwanda's ratification of the agreement, which is published in the same Official Gazette issue.
