Rwanda Presidential Order No. 007/01 of 27 February 2025 on the Joint Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Laboratory Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Export-Import Bank of Korea for a USD 65,500,000 loan for the establishment of a joint Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics laboratory. The loan agreement was signed in Kigali on 4 December 2024.
