Rwanda Presidential Order No. 005/01 of 27 February 2025 on the Kigali Urban Transport Improvement Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the Republic of Rwanda and the African Development Bank for a USD 100 million loan for the Kigali Urban Transport Improvement Project. The loan agreement was signed in Kigali on 20 December 2024. The Order provides for ratification, implementation authorities, language, and entry into force.
