Rwanda Presidential Order No. 004/01 of 22 January 2024 Ratifying the Loan Agreement for the Expansion of the Water Transmission and Distribution System in East Kigali

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the Saudi Fund for Development and the Republic of Rwanda for the expansion of the water transmission and distribution system in East Kigali. The agreement provides a loan of SAR 75 million and was signed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 9 November 2023. The Order gives legal effect to Rwanda’s ratification of the financing agreement for the water infrastructure project.
