Rwanda Presidential Order No. 003/01 of 22 January 2024 Ratifying the Loan Agreement for the Expansion of the Karenge Water Supply Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a loan agreement between the OPEC Fund for International Development and the Republic of Rwanda to finance the expansion of the Karenge water supply project. The agreement provides a loan of USD 21.2 million and was signed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on 9 November 2023. The Order gives legal effect to Rwanda's ratification of the agreement, which is published in the same Official Gazette issue.
