Rwanda Presidential Order No. 002/01 of 22 January 2024 Ratifying the Credit Facility Agreement for the Rehabilitation of Ruhengeri Referral Hospital Project

This Presidential Order ratifies a credit facility agreement between Agence Française de Développement and the Republic of Rwanda to finance the rehabilitation of Ruhengeri Referral Hospital. The agreement provides a credit of EUR 75 million and was signed in Kigali on 30 October 2023. The Order gives legal effect to Rwanda's ratification of the financing agreement, which is reproduced as an annex in the official publication.
