Rwanda Presidential Order No. 001/01 of 22 January 2024 Ratifying the Credit Facility Agreement for the Basket Fund for Pro-Poor Development in Rwanda

This Presidential Order ratifies a credit facility agreement between the Agence Française de Développement and the Republic of Rwanda. The agreement provides EUR 16 million for Rwanda’s Basket Fund for pro-poor development and was signed in Kigali on 30 October 2023. The Order gives effect to Rwanda’s ratification of that financing agreement and publishes the agreement within the official Gazette.
