Rwanda Law No. 078/2024 of 23 December 2024 Approving Ratification of the Financing Agreement for Green Finance, Investment and Trade

This law authorises Rwanda to ratify a financing agreement with the International Development Association for the second programme of development policy financing aimed at supporting green finance, investment and trade in Rwanda. The agreement concerns a credit of USD 126 million and was signed in Kigali on 21 December 2024. The law formally approves Rwanda's ratification of the financing agreement, which is published with the law in the official Gazette.
