Rwanda Law No. 077/2024 of 2 December 2024 Approving Ratification of the Financing Agreement for the Priority Skills for Growth and Youth Empowerment Program

This law authorises Rwanda to ratify a financing agreement with the International Development Association for the Priority Skills for Growth and Youth Empowerment Program. The agreement provides two credits—USD 107 million and USD 93 million—to support the programme. The law’s operative provisions approve the ratification of the agreement, set out the language provision and provide for the law’s entry into force. The financing agreement was signed in Kigali on 12 September 2024 and is published with the law in the Official Gazette.
