Rwanda Law No. 075/2024 of 29 November 2024 Approving Rwanda’s Accession to the Statute of the Hague Conference on Private International Law

This law authorises Rwanda’s accession to the Statute of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, adopted at The Hague on 31 October 1951 and in force from 15 July 1955. The law formally approves Rwanda’s accession and contains provisions on language and entry into force. The official text records adoption by the Chamber of Deputies on 8 October 2024 and by the Senate on 24 October 2024 before promulgation and publication.
