Rwanda Law No. 070/2024 of 26 June 2024 Approving Ratification of the Financing Agreement for the Rwanda Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience Project

This law authorises Rwanda to ratify a financing agreement with the International Development Association for the Rwanda Health Emergency Preparedness, Response and Resilience Project. The agreement provides a credit of USD 120 million and relates to a multiphase programmatic approach for preparing for, responding to and strengthening resilience to health emergencies in Rwanda. The financing agreement was signed in Kigali on 31 May 2024, and the law approving its ratification was published in the Official Gazette Special Bis of 29 June 2024.
