Rwanda Law No. 069/2024 of 26 June 2024 Approving Ratification of the Loan Agreement for the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation Project

This law authorises Rwanda to ratify a loan agreement with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank for the Accelerating Sustainable and Clean Energy Access Transformation Project. The agreement concerns a loan of EUR 92,300,000 and was signed in Kigali on 7 May 2024. The law provides Rwanda's legal approval for ratification of the financing agreement, which is included as an annex to the official publication.
