Rwanda Law No. 068/2024 of 26 June 2024 Approving Ratification of the Loan Agreement for the Muhanga–Rubengera Road Project

This law approves Rwanda's ratification of a loan agreement with the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development to finance the Muhanga–Rubengera Road Project. The agreement provides a loan of six million Kuwaiti dinars and was signed in Nairobi, Kenya, on 30 May 2024. The law formally authorises ratification of the agreement and provides for its publication and entry into force. The official text records adoption by the Chamber of Deputies on 7 June 2024.
