Rwanda Law No. 061/2024 of 21 June 2024 Approving Ratification of the Loan Agreement for the Establishment of Centers of Excellence for TVET in Rwanda Project

This law approves the ratification of a loan agreement between the Government of the Republic of Rwanda and the Export-Import Bank of Korea for the establishment of Centers of Excellence for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Rwanda. The agreement provides for a loan of USD 110,828,000 and was signed in Seoul, South Korea, on 5 June 2024. The law formally authorises Rwanda's ratification of that financing agreement for the TVET project.
