Public Service Commission Bill B30-2023

The Bill provides a new legislative framework for the Public Service Commission in accordance with section 196 of the Constitution. It regulates the appointment of commissioners, establishes a Secretariat to support the Commission and provides for the repeal of the Public Service Commission Act, 1997.
