Public Procurement Act, 2007

The Public Procurement Act, 2007 establishes the National Council on Public Procurement and the Bureau of Public Procurement and provides the legal framework for public procurement in Nigeria. It sets out the principles governing procurement, procurement planning and implementation, competitive bidding, tendering, contracts, procurement offences, complaints and review procedures, and the disposal of public assets.
