Public Audit Act 25 of 2004

The Public Audit Act 25 of 2004 gives effect to constitutional provisions concerning the Auditor-General and provides the legal framework for auditing institutions in the public sector. It also establishes accountability arrangements relating to the Auditor-General and sets out provisions governing public-sector auditing.
