Southern African Development Community (SADC)

The SADC Protocol on Science, Technology and Innovation establishes regional cooperation in science, technology and innovation. It provides for institutional mechanisms, research and development cooperation, policy harmonisation, investment in science and technology, public awareness and coordination among Member States.
