Southern African Development Community (SADC)
The SADC Protocol on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation establishes the objectives, institutional structure and operating procedures of the SADC Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation. It provides a framework for regional cooperation on peace, security and defence, including political cooperation, conflict prevention and resolution, security cooperation, common foreign-policy development and the operation of the Organ's structures.
