Southern African Development Community (SADC)
The SADC Protocol on Extradition establishes a regional framework for cooperation in extradition between Member States. It addresses the circumstances and procedures for requesting and granting extradition, offences subject to extradition, grounds for refusal, provisional arrest, supporting documents, surrender procedures and related cooperation between competent authorities.
