The Public Finance Management Bill, 2024 is a bill to repeal the Finance (Control and Management) Act and establish a modern framework for the management of public funds, revenue, expenditure, assets and liabilities of the Government of the Federation. It contains provisions on accountability, transparency, budgeting, financial reporting, public debt, government assets and fiscal management.
