Nigeria's Policy on Performance Management System for Federal Public Service

This policy establishes a Performance Management System for Nigeria's Federal Public Service. It sets out the policy goal and objectives, guiding principles, focus areas, institutional roles and responsibilities, performance monitoring and evaluation, compliance, capacity building, citizens' engagement and the use of automated systems. It is intended to align government priorities, organisational plans and individual performance and to strengthen accountability and results in the Federal Public Service.
