Nigeria's National Senior Secondary Education Commission Act, 2023

This Act establishes the National Senior Secondary Education Commission and provides for the regulation and development of senior secondary education in Nigeria. It sets national minimum standards, provides for Federal Government intervention and grants for infrastructure, establishes the Commission's Governing Board and functions, creates the National Senior Secondary Education Commission Fund, and provides for State Senior Secondary Education Boards. It also repeals the National Secondary Education Commission Act, Cap. N73, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004
