The National Counter Terrorism Centre Strategic Plan 2025–2030 provides the Federal Government of Nigeria’s five-year framework for coordinating and strengthening the country’s counterterrorism efforts. It sets strategic priorities for intelligence analysis and operational coordination, terrorism prosecution and legal support, preventing and countering violent extremism, national resilience, regional and international cooperation, institutional development, research, training, and sustainable funding. The plan was officially unveiled on 24 November 2025 and is intended to guide Nigeria’s counterterrorism architecture through 2030.
