Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Act, 2025

The Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Act, 2025 establishes the Nigeria Revenue Service and sets out the legal framework for the administration of taxes and revenues accruable to the Government of the Federation. It describes the functions and responsibilities of the Service, including the assessment, collection and accounting of revenue. The Act also contains provisions concerning the governance and management of the Service, tax administration, financial matters and other administrative responsibilities. It repeals the Federal Inland Revenue Service (Establishment) Act, No. 13, 2007.
