Nigeria National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education Act, 2023

The Act establishes the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education and sets out its objectives, functions, governing structure and powers. It also provides for education centres, a national fund, skills acquisition and entrepreneurship programmes, and other administrative and financial matters relating to the Commission. The Act received presidential assent on 27 May 2023.
