Nigeria National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education Act, 2023

This Act establishes the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children Education and sets out its structure, functions and powers. It also provides for Almajiri and out-of-school children education centres, a national fund, skills acquisition and entrepreneurship programmes, and related administrative and financial provisions. The Act was assented to by President Muhammadu Buhari on 27 May 2023.
