The National Youth Development Agency Amendment Act 11 of 2024 amends the National Youth Development Agency Act of 2008. It updates the Agency's objects and functions, reporting requirements, governance arrangements, Board membership and terms, disqualification provisions, vacancies, meetings and funding, while allowing organs of state to assist the Agency and authorising the Minister to make regulations.
