The National Health ICT Strategic Framework 2015–2020 sets out Nigeria’s plan for using information and communication technology to support the health sector. It covers the development of health information systems, ICT infrastructure, data management, interoperability, capacity building and coordination of Health ICT activities. The framework also provides an action plan, monitoring and evaluation approach, recommended Health ICT architecture and a proposed governance structure for implementation.
