National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (Establishment) Act

This Act establishes the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) and provides the legal framework for environmental standards, regulations and enforcement in Nigeria. It gives the Agency responsibilities relating to environmental protection, pollution control, environmental standards and compliance with relevant environmental laws, policies and international environmental agreements.
